How soon can I get my order?
If you are based in Kuwait and order before 4:00 p.m. you can expect to receive your order the same day! Otherwise, your order will be scheduled for delivery the next day (except Friday’s).
Do you ship outside of Kuwait?
Yes! We offer international shipping, with special rates to GCC countries. A DHL tracking number will be sent to you shortly after placing your order. GCC deliveries usually arrive in 2-3 business days, while international orders can take 5-7 business days.
What payment methods are accepted?
We have partnered with TAP payments for smooth and secure payments. We accept Knet, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay.
How long do the warm bottles stay warm?
Depending on how much and how warm the water used is, the warm bottles can stay warm between 2-4 hours.
Is there a risk of the warm bottle bursting?
The warm bottles are made with the highest grade of natural rubber to ensure the highest safety and quality. As instructed on the packaging, we strongly advise filling the bottle only a third way up and emptying the air out of the bottle before sealing. This allows room for the water to move and the bottle to bend without compromising your safety.
