How soon can I get my order?
If you are based in Kuwait and order before 4:00 p.m. you can expect to receive your order the same day! Otherwise, your order will be scheduled for delivery the next day (except Friday’s).
Do you ship outside of Kuwait?
Yes! We offer international shipping, with special rates to GCC countries. A DHL tracking number will be sent to you shortly after placing your order. GCC deliveries usually arrive in 2-3 business days, while international orders can take 5-7 business days.
What payment methods are accepted?
We have partnered with TAP payments for smooth and secure payments. We accept Knet, Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay.
How do I know if a menstrual cup is for me?
If you experience heavy periods or would like to swim while on your period or simply prefer the freedom of not constantly changing your pads and tampons, then menstrual cups are worth a try! They can be worn for up to 12 hours leak-free.
How do I insert and remove the cup?
All our menstrual cups come with detailed instruction manuals with step by step illustrations and guides to help you wear your menstrual cup safely.
How do I clean and care for the cup?
Between every cycle, the menstrual cup must be sanitized in boiling water for 5 minutes. During your period week, you simply wear your cup and rinse it out with water every 12 hours. A case is provided to store your cup in when not in use.
