Where are you located?
Leap Loves Green is an online store based in Kuwait. We do not operate physical store (yet)!
Do you accept wholesale or customized orders?
Definitely! Leap is a proud regional distributor to some of the brands it features and original Leap products are available for customizing. Please feel free to reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further detail.
Why should I subscribe to monthly deliveries?
We currently have our TSUNO bundle available for subscription and monthly deliveries. Bundles are sent out at the beginning of every month to get your set for the next 4 weeks ahead! Opting for a monthly subscription is a great way to save on delivery fees and you get 6 TSUNO boxes for the price of 5 every month!
When will I receive my TSUNO bundle subscription delivery?
Subscription orders are sent out on the first day of each month. If you have subscribed, you can expect your first subscription to arrive on the first day of the following month.
How does the recycling subscription work?
We've partnered with @recyclekuwait to offer you a 1-month service subscription that includes 4 home pick ups for all your recyclable items! Once the subscription is purchased from our website, Recycle Kuwait will be in touch to coordinate the pick up schedule and provide their general recycling guides.
ORDERS & DELIVERY
How do you deliver consciously?
A lot of thinking went into the most effective way we can deliver orders with minimal carbon footprint. We’re proud to have partnered with a local fulfillment and delivery center that ships out our orders along with the orders of several small businesses at the same time. That means less cars on the road and less distance traveled!
Our subscriptions deliveries are also scheduled to be dispatched at the beginning of the month to be sent out collectively with minimal distance traveled.
We also offer an optional small additional fee at checkout to help offset your delivery’s carbon emissions. The fees are collected by EcoCart and you can read more about the green project you are backing that month by clicking on the “i” icon.
Do you ship internationally?
We do! Leap ships through private couriers like DHL, Aramex, and Posta Plus. Deliveries at 2-10 days depending on your country’s proximity to Kuwait. A tracking number will be sent upon dispatch of your order for your reference. Custom charges may apply.
How can I check the status of my order?
Orders shipped within Kuwait are usually received within one day or same-day if the order is placed before 4:00 p.m. (except on Friday's). International orders are provided a tracking number to reference regarding the status of the order. If you have any queries or concerns regarding regarding the status of your order please feel free to contact email@example.com
What if I'm not home when my delivery arrives?
Please drop us a note at checkout with your preferred time if you don't think you'll be home to receive your order! Extra charges will apply if your order is not received and requires re-delivery.
Can I pick up my order?
Please contact us if you are interested in picking up your order - reduced checkout charges will apply.
Can I make changes to an order I already placed?
Yes! Changes to order can be accommodated if the order has not yet been dispatched. We kindly request to communicate any changes you would like made to your order as early as possible by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “CHANGE” and your order number.
